Cloone GAA Healthy Club will take part in Ireland Lights Up and the Irish Life MyLife Every Step Counts Challenge 2024.
The aim is to make exercise more accessible on the dark winter nights and offer an opportunity to get together and socialise in a healthy way.
Cloone GAA Healthy Club won first prize in last year’s challenge, winning €2,500 in the Irish Life draw for the club. This was only possible due to the community getting behind their club and surpassing 4000km collectively.
This year Irish Life are giving away €30,000 in club funding. Again, all clubs who achieve the 4000km target will be entered into a draw.

To get involved in the challenge… simply download the app and make sure your steps are counted. The steps challenge begins on January 8th and runs until 12th February.
Cloone GAA will be turning on their floodlights next Wednesday, 10th January, at 7.30pm – 9.00pm. This challenge will run every Wednesday and Friday until 12th February.
